Spring Swing

Golfer Hope Hall ’26 takes her coursework seriously.

The women’s golf team could contend for its first Ivy League title this year. Hall, who played on Steph Curry’s Underrated Golf Tour last summer, is one of four freshmen on the young squad. A Florida resident, she’s adjusted nicely to the hilly courses of New England—and the winter weather. “I like the cold,” says Hall, “and trying new hot drinks, which you don’t want to do in Florida.” The biomed engineering major cites three ingredients to her golf success: a solid recovery game, good mental coaching, and a tight team that bonds on and off the course, including with dinners and a recent trip to the theater for the latest Puss In Boots movie. “We have a lot of fun,” she says. “And we’re pumped up and excited for the season.”
